Starlink’s figures

Average power for each Starlink kit, from its spec sheet
KitAverage power
Standard kit (also the V4)75 to 100 W
Mini and Mini X25 to 40 W
Flat High Performance kit110 to 150 W

Starlink gives each kit’s average power as a range. The sizes use the top of the range, enough for a dish working at Starlink’s highest average. Bluetti uses a lower factor for Starlink on AC, 0.8, so its sizes come out larger.

Running a Mini from DC or USB-C

Starlink rates the Mini’s input at 12 to 48 V, 60 W. With Starlink’s USB-C to Barrel Jack cable, it needs USB PD of at least 100 W, 20 V at 5 A.

Bluetti says powering Starlink straight from a station’s 12 V or 48 V port, with a third-party DC-to-DC kit, can bypass the inverter and raise efficiency to 90% or more.
